Last updated 2 November 2026. These terms cover your use of Revive, made by Odyssey Media ("we").
Alpha software
Revive is in private alpha. It changes often, may have bugs, and is provided as is, without warranties. Keep your own copies of anything important.
Your account
Keep your password safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
Your content
Your recordings, brands and the content Revive makes from them are yours. You confirm you have the right to use what you bring into Revive, including footage, music, logos and fonts. You give us only the permission needed to store your brand backups and run the service for you.
Fair use
Don't use Revive to break the law, infringe others' rights, or try to break or overload the service.
Ending
You can stop using Revive and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or lost content arising from use of the alpha.
