Revive

Privacy policy

Last updated 2 November 2026. Revive is made by Odyssey Media ("we"). This policy explains what Revive collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What stays on your Mac

Your recordings, projects, finished clips and B-roll folders stay on your Mac. Transcription, cutting and rendering run on your Mac. We don't upload your videos.

Your account

To use Revive you create an account with your email and a password, or with Google. We store your email address, a securely hashed password (never the password itself), and, if you use Google, the name, email address and profile picture Google shares. We use these only to sign you in and keep your account secure. We don't ask Google for anything else, and we never post or act on your Google account.

Your brands

Revive backs up your brand profiles to your account so they aren't lost and can be restored on another Mac: brand names, business details you enter, colours, fonts, logos, avatars, reference face photos, caption styles and colour LUTs. Only your account can read them. Social posting keys stay on your Mac and are never backed up.

Services we use

We don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Account and brand data are kept while your account exists. Deleting a brand in Revive deletes its backup. To delete your account and everything stored with it, email us and we'll do it within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time: email john@odysseymedia.io.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
